The need was to reduce the ‘Go Live’ time of catalogue listings on frontend by minimizing manual efforts and the vision is to automate the whole process. We began with integrating a new feature/concept ‘Article Type’. With the introduction of article type, each SKU would be associated with only 1 leaf category. The Rule Engine is a feature designed to translate "Article Type" to "Primary
Cat L3" based on user-defined rules.
